In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have products that are designed and produced In house and sold at a affordable retail price.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the High end street wear market. We consider our key competitors to be: Grp Fly, Been Trill, HBA, opolis clo. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Grp Fly, Been Trill, HBA, opolis co by offering hand made clothing, affordable prices, some one of a kind pieces, original designs, and a diverse aesthetic .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to gain Investors, promotion, and selling merchandise . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Getting into at least 5 stores. Have a pop up shop. Website with at least 50 products. Attend trade shows around the U.S. Launch party. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch label , Develop personal clientele of 50, and open boutique store
