In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we we have the resources needed and the background from the institutions these students belong to. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the tutorial service market. We consider our key competitors to be: TLC tutorials, MSA. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with TLC tutorials, MSA by having the instructional materials similar to what students need to accomplish. And we have teachers who know the subject details of the schools.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to appoint a marketing officer to acquire more clients and disseminate information about the services we provide. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to acquire a larger venue to accommodate more clients and expand services provided. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Acquire more student clients, Acquire a spacious venue and Produce study kits and materials compiled for the students
