Overview

The Perfection Project has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute coaching services and educational courses. These products and services have been developed over the last six months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

The Perfection Project has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as creating life vision and creating and implementing a life plan. Believing that what we want is possible is a critical issue for our selected target market of women in transition.

The Value Proposition

The Perfection Project is uniquely positioned to deliver value to women in transition. "The Perfection Project will provide structures and support to have our customers' lives reflect who they really are." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we begin from the premise that you are perfect, exactly as you are, and then we look at creating the life you want from a platform of perfection and abundance (even if you don't start off believing that is true). This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the coaching and courses market. We consider our key competitors to be: The Happy Black Woman
and Lisa Nichols. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Happy Black Woman
and Lisa Nichols because of our non dualist background--many coaches and educational service providers unintentionally coach from a belief that there are particular things that we need to "do" to succeed. The Perfection Project takes perfection and abundance as the foundation of our work, so the question is only what you want in life and what you both want and are willing to do to simply get the energy moving in the right direction.


Key Strategies

Over the next six months our focus will be to use our access to coaching and courses to build our customer base. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to develop and release our first online course. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 10 clients Launch first online course Business license
