Tidy Towel is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Beach and outdoor event patrons. "Tidy Towel" will eliminate that annoying and tireless problem of your towel blowing up and away. In order to deliver on this value proposition, I have around ten years in retail , automotive and commercial sales. My market research has turned up only minimal other products with similar function so there is strong market share projected locally and internationally. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the "No Blow" Beach Towel market. We consider our key competitors to be: inferior and messy. This is a no mess simple peg and play setup. Tidy Towel has a safe storage pocket for protecting your valuables whilst swimming and doubles as a beach pillow when you place your shirt and or other soft belongings in the storage pocket. Unique to the market with its "peg n play" loops which hold your 220mm sand pegs. Our understanding of our competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with This "no mess" simple "peg and play" setup. Over the next 6 months our focus will be to aquire savvy investors to help pattern, manufacture and retail this innovative and helpful cost effective product that will make going to the beach a more pleasurable and stress free experience. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy . I wish to see this product on the shelves of big market retailers like Kmart, Coles Myer, Big W & in the local surf stores such as City Beach and local fashion retail stores like Jay Jays, Cotton On. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Find savvy investors produce and manufacture "Tidy Towel" Retail in known brand name stores create a name known product that is iconic to Australia and its beach culture.
