With this as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Uncle Sam's is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Traditional Americana Country Antique Lovers. "Uncle Sam's will provide a sense of American family value, a sense of pride in America, country, history, and good apple pie." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we will set up in a pleasing barn environment with a down home country feeling implemented by a welcoming country staff and rustic aesthetic antique country beauty.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the American Homecooking market. We consider our key competitors to be: The Old Barn Out Back, Crackle Barrel, and Bob Evens. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Old Barn Out Back, Crackle Barrel, and Bob Evens by we at Uncle Sam's offer all the good food and welcoming environment as our competitors. However, we are unique because specifically we will focus on an antique Americana theme with hand picked antique treasures sold in the gift shop, occasional live bluegrass/country bands, and special courtesy and benefits to veterans of the US military.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to acquire funding and location. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Grand Opening. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain Finance, Choose a perfect location, and Obtain a business sustainable customer clientele.
