In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I am a sponsored/ published photographer with over 2 years professional experience in photography, Photoshop, Lightroom & more.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Photo, Canvas & Acrylic glass prints market. We consider our key competitors to be: DARAX Artistry, VJCI, Amanda Allan, & Ando Photography. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with DARAX Artistry, VJCI, Amanda Allan, & Ando Photography by Unique editing and photographic styles. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promote and hope to gain new customer bases in different locations around Australia. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand and create loyalty incentives for all existing customers. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 loyal Customers Earn $10,000 Per Year (until 2018) Gain 20,000 new followers ( until 2018)
