We have a number of competitors within the Lawn Care and Gardening market. We consider our key competitor to be: Jose Landscaping Corp. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jose Landscaping by providing Friendly Customer service and multiple affordable services.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint two more employees to continue to provide great customer service to our customer base. Also appoint other products and services. Such as : Landscaping design and Snow removal. Will also have plans in the future to sell produce and honey. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand our Lawn care business to other residential and business areas. Promote a line of organic produce and organic honey. Expand our work force from two to five. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 250 customer accounts, launch a new produce line and Employ up to 5 team members.
