When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. VrFun is uniquely positioned to deliver value to bored people of all ages. "VrFun will be opportunity to spend a spare time in a fun and emotive way." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have 9 years experience running own company. My 15 years of experience as a consultant and my communication skills allows to explain new things in an easy and encouraging way. I'm very passionate about VR technology and I'm amongst the first who see how much people are thirsty for this new entertainment prospective. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Virtual reality entertainment market. We consider our key competitors to be: "Exit to Virtual Reality". Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with "Exit to Virtual Reality" by
1. offering VR experience in a more private and intimate atmosphere.
2. spending less for office/place.
3. offering more services.
4. delivering closer to client service and support for long lasting relationship.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to advertising in social media. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to offer new services. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
