When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to continued acquiring new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Trimline Designs has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated key customer problems as durability, low cost,blight weight, ease of fabrication an installation. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Low income housing.
The Value Proposition
Trimline Designs is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the Low Income Housing market. "Trimline Designs offers low cost, highly durable, easy to fabricate, surround kits for bathroom remodeling." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our composite laminate panels offer the advantages of proven products, such as HPL and PVC, in a combination that provides exceptional durability, look, and antimicrobial protection. These benefits are all offered in a complete package that is perfect for the production line or the DIY consumer. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Tub and shower surrounds market. We consider our key competitors to be: FlexStone, Bath Crest, Re-bath, One Day Bath, BCI, and Liners Direct. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with each of them due to our products being more durable, lower priced, easier to install and fabricate, and by offering our customers completely custom surround kits .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Make sales visits to pre-manufactured housing producers, and big box retailers who have inquired about our products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand inventory, increase manufacturing capabilities with new equipment, and launch an online store. We need to pare down our install videos to 5 min and start a YouTube channel with them on it.
< br />Sales visits will need to be made to the RV industry in Elkhart Indiana as well as plumbing supply houses where we will present our wall surrounds to them. Key in our strategy will be to show our ability to do surrounds in the same colors as counter tops, as well as many of the popular stone offerings. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Signed contracts validating us as an OEM supplier, our production of 100 kits per week for 8 straight weeks, and net sales of 1 million dollars in a calendar year
