incebo has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute selling food, providing a venue for event hosting ,hosting events, and letting out stalls products and services. As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 18-35 males and females looking to have a good time.

"incebo will to provide them with a central meeting place that provides good meals at an affordabke price." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we we have a viewing area and a picnic spot under the same roof . This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the selling food, providing a venue for event hosting ,hosting events, and letting out stalls market sphere(sector). We consider our key competitors to be: Surrounding market spaces that have been in the business for longer and have created a decent following. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our competitors because we offer something different to them ,screen viewing area and picnic spots
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to To market the business directly using door to door campaign ,inviting neighbours and potential customers, improve our online presence,increase the quality of our advertising campaigns ,. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Create social media accounts to connect to customers and to keep them infomed We also want to become more innovative in terms of how we put out our products and services which wpuld involve us using social media platforms such as 1 second video(diary entry) and periscope(live broadcaster) . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: to have a following on social media platforms to building the necessary infrastructure needed in oder to make all this possible to make at least 5000 in profits per month
