We have a number of competitors within the Quality plumbing work. market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other plumbing companies . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Develop a company logo. Wear shirts with the logo. Make paperwork more legitimate. Have a more consistent/efficient way of planning jobs.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Acquire a new work van and have two functional vans to complete jobs. Have Chase begin earning his journeymen license. Takes steps to havering a shop/storage unit if needed.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 75 new customers Acquire new van with company logo Legitimize paperwork
