We consider our key competitors to be: Advisory firms and boutique consulting firms. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Advisory firms and boutique consulting firms by Price and expertise.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Increase customers through contacts and proactive customer aquisition strategies and promotions. In addition actively pursue lucarative business oppurtunities/deals and look at unique ways of providing services to people and businesses. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand Enterprise 4 and potentially have grown the company organically. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
