This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the doggie daycare market. We consider our key competitors to be: Lucy's Doggy Daycare & Spa, Home Away From Home, Camp Bow Wow, Barkspace, Pawderosa Ranch, Animal Heights Kennel Club, and Fetch! Pet Care. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Lucy's Doggy Daycare & Spa, Home Away From Home, Camp Bow Wow, Barkspace, Pawderosa Ranch, Animal Heights Kennel Club, and Fetch! Pet Care by our well trained staff, professional pet care, stimulating environment, competitive rates, one on one training, and an off-leash outdoor water park.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to use the social media to market WagWorld and develop good rapport with customers by providing quality care for their dogs.
