Same here I move my label in my own way but open to new ideas advice and venturing out. Rap/hip hop is our genre but open to sign and work with any genre! We have a different style of music all the talent I deal with is going to always be a gifted difference from everybody else.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition.
