Essence has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Organic Custom Skin products products. These products have been developed over I am launching Essence on January 1, 2014. Essence has always been a dream of mine. Creating homemade custom organic superior affordable skin care products that nourish the "whole" essence of our being. with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Essence has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as True healing nourishment maintaining & appearance of your skin which is the largest organ we have. Our products are pure, organic affordable& address many different issues such as ecezema, dry, itchy skin, poison oak, psoriasis, & are available in vegan, gluten free, soy free, sensitive skin formulas... This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Investors, Women, Families.

Essence is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Investors, Women, Families. "Essence will A custom service or product that is pure made with love & quality care at affordable prices. A true return on their investment in Essence.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we By offering consultations we connect on a personal & professional level. This connection allows Essence staff to craft a better quality product that target the skin or health issue a customer has. All our ingredients are easy to read, understand, and are clearly labeled. At Essence we want to hear from you we want to find a product that captures your essence and nourishes you.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

3) Start giving free email consultantions.
3) Start family & individual soaping classes, activities, & crafting lessons.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Make $5,000 a month net revenue by obtaining 300 regular customers. Launch Social Entrepreneurs Behind The Scenes a sister corporation while work 30 hrs week total by hiring an assistant.
