Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Employ a full service PR agency to build brand exposure through media both traditional (TV, magazine, radio) & online (internet radio, blogs etc) in addition to an online marketing strategy mix such as (SEO "Search Engine marketing, SEM "Search Engine Marketing" and SMM "Social Media Marketing". . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to bring in consultants to help improve systems and streamline operations that facilitate the process of hiring of new training staff, develop a complete supplement/products line (company branded protein powder, multivitamins etc.) and merchandise (branded T-shirts, sweaters, hats, workout attire etc.). These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 30-40 leads per month Retaining 12 clients minimum. Hire my first trainer employee.
