We believe that we can compete effectively with Meerkat Roofing, Epic Roofing, Sunik Roofing, Merit Roofing, & Skyline Roofing by being twice as effective on the responses to our prospective customers. Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint a Sales Manager, a sales rep and a second project manager. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expanding by five crews in Roofing & Siding, two on Eavestroughs. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch a metal roofing crew Expand into siding and Eavestroughs full time Generate 1000 new customers over the next two years
