This is a critical issue for our selected target market of International businesses.

Balkans Law is uniquely positioned to deliver value to International businesses. "Balkans Law will Provide US and EU quality Legal services to international businesses in the Balkans." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We work and live in the Balkans and speak the language of the region and Europe and the US. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Business and Government Policy Legal Serv market. We consider our key competitors to be: Albania law firms and one Kosovo firm. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Albania law firms and one Kosovo firm by We are US and EU attorneys.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Acquire clients. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Hire 4 attorneys. 2 in Albania, and 2 in Kosovo. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
