Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Tools, Toys, Electronics, Sporting Goods market. We consider our key competitors to be: Amazon and other internet small businesses. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Amazon and other small businesses by striving to be the best for our customers and know the ups and downs of any product we offer to help customers choose the right product the first time, every time.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to build the company to 80% wholesale and 20% thrift/retail arbitrage. Have over 100 renewable products to restock every month. Average $5000 in sales every month. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to have over 250 renewable products and $10,000 in sales every month. And have our own website to sell products and training manual. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: $15,000 in sales, 500+ renewables a month, and sell on 3-4 different platforms.
