When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

McDonald Developments has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problems as affordable housing.This is a critical issue for our selected target market of the working class.

The Value Proposition

McDonald Developments is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the working class. "In real estate, especially in a booming market there is always a tendency to become complacent. Not us! One of my roles is to be the gadfly. The one who says, "Hey! That's not enough."." I have been working in real estate for the past five years and I've been Lucky enough to be able to understand peoples wants and people's needs. I've seen directly what the market is missing and I'm staying away from the trends. That and I'm here to make billions, and we need investors that are on board. In order to deliver on this value proposition the capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

Our understanding the customer has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Market research, what the customer is missing, needing or asking for. We research the customers needs and wants.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop property around the world for various uses be it market rate rentals, luxury rentals, affordable housing, condominiums, and acquisitions. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build larger projects, and create more cash flow. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: First sold multi family building First sold building over 100 units First buy and hold acquisition over $2 million
