In order to deliver on this value proposition, we will install Professional approach & experienced team for executing this business sector, which is largely unorganized and haphazard. Inhouse technical, H.R & marketing team.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Msme industrial projects market. We consider our key competitors to be: Machinery manufacturers in Mumbai, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Punjab etc & Consultants. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Machinery manufacturers in mumbai, gujarat, hyderabad, punjab etc & consultants due to the fact that although Machinery manufacturers help to supply the machinery but fail in marketing or business support. Whereas consultants are largely dependent on manufacturers for tech support and lack support of a specailized team of executors.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Develop atleast 3 vendors for each projects. Take atleast 1 training for each project. Make a highly functional website. Develop branding ideas for each projects. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Open up an office in mumbai with aggresive internet marketing team and start franchising offices in each zone of india.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Execute 50 projects Execute projects in 10 different categories International office with an international research cell for high potential business.
