Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as to get funding from Western Technical College to build this hot rod. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of prospective students.

The Ford hot rod concept is uniquely positioned to deliver value to prospective students. "The Diesel Department can create a working display in order to gain more students into the diesel program." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we as instructors can and this project will allow our current students build something that will increase enrollment into our department. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Create an eye pleasing display to allow prospective students get a glimps into the diesel program. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Things that will be accomplished will be to build a hot rod that will support a running diesel engine for event display. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
