Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Tiffany Maids and cash economy cleaners by word of mouth references, personalised service and the provision of all cleaning products and equipment .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to maintain client loyalty, develop accurate and competitive and pricing, creating a budget process as well as research and development on a quality cleaning product range. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to create a web based product range and market the website.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: To launch a website, employ a book keeper/admin assistant and replace my work vehicle and cleaning equipment.
