In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Will have the best aromatic coffee made professionally and efficiently to all island staff and giving them a loyalty program for them to come back next stop. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Coffee and cakes market. We consider our key competitors to be: Coffe club and denman cellars . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Coffe club and denman cellars by Great coffee priced competitively great loyalty programme and amazing service .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Promote next stop by advertising to all island staff and offer discounts or loyalty program. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Acquire new products and appliances and start adding a bigger menu.
