Total Family has a clear business objective to develop child care / online school support services. These services have been developed over 5 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. These options include non traditional hours and support of children utilizing on line schools. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of families.

The Value Proposition

Total Family is uniquely positioned to deliver value to families. "Total Family will provide quality child care and online schooling support at affordable prices." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we utilize online marketing, competitive prices, and less over head than big corporations. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the child care / online support market. We consider our key competitors to be: Kindercare, Rainbow child care, Goddard schools. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Kindercare, Rainbow child care, Goddard schools by providing a family environment, school age online school support program, and provide non traditional hours.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Online marketing, quality programing for affordable prices. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Partner with an online school such as K-12 to provide support for online learners. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: open center, reach 30 families enrolled and reach full capacity
