Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Kenkey boutique by What we provide. We have the most ideal and neat environment. First class services with an impressive air-conditioned premises. All local dishes you can think of are at our consumers disposal.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Appoint trust worthy sales manager and cook to attract more consumers. And good marketing. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Plough back profits into new business. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
