Paradise Inc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Teenagers. "Paradise Inc. will provide new unique styles." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will know the needs and wants of teenagers are teenagers because we are teenagers .

We have a number of competitors within the T-shirts , hoodies, and socks , market. We consider our key competitors to be: Obey,diamonds,and zummes . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Obey,diamonds,and zummes making new styles and knowing what teenagers really want.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to release our clothing line . We will do this by thinking outside the box and bringing new things to the market . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to open a store and ship nationwide . . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
