Drizzle & Drip has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need for good dessert options in Downtown Daytona and more specifically near the boardwalk. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Tourists.
The Value Proposition
Drizzle & Drip is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Tourists. "Drizzle & Drip will give a fun and unique donut option at a great price." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we believe our outstanding products and local atmosphere bring people again and again. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Gourmet Donuts market. We consider our key competitors to be: Dunkin Donuts and Holly Hill Donuts. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Dunkin Donuts and Holly Hill Donuts by providing unique donut flavors and local coffee roasters. All while drawing people in with our one-of-a-kind Donut Bar.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to open the store and develop a strong community following. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into catering and wholesale. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
