DigiDent is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Orthodontists. "DigiDent will Provide a service that saves them 20% on overhead and gets them paid to change,." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our unique service is the only complete solution. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Digital Dental Solutions market. We consider our key competitors to be: Henry Schein
and Paterson. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to agressively educate and inform orthodontic Practices about tax benefits,state and Government Mandates in the Digitizing of medical/Dental information.
Furthermore we will provide low cost financing and application specialists to help them achieve the maximum in Goverment grant assistance.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Begin National marketing . Grow at a rate of 30% per month starting Q1 2016 utilizing collaborative vendors to support Growth.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Complete Beta testing
