The Value Proposition
Eats and Treats is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Kids, HS/college students. "Eats and Treats: Breakfast on the go and Innovative sweets." In order to deliver on this value proposition, every month we will check in with our followers via FB to take a toll or ask what they liked and prefer to be the next month's special. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Drinks, breakfast sandwich and sweets market. We consider our key competitors to be: Raspado house, it's a grind coffee house, Starbucks, cafe connections, subzero ice cream and yogurt and chocolate savvy. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Raspado house, it's a grind coffee house, Starbucks, cafe connections, subzero ice cream and yogurt, chocolate savvy by having innovate monthly specials. Also maybe add game nights to bring people thru food and games.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to grow the team and customers and other permanent products. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into a new product. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 500 customers, obtain 500 likes/followers and be featured in the local news/magazine
