In order to deliver on this value proposition, we are going to take advantage of low overheads while purchasing from the source which reduces middle man profits and keeps cost down. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Food Products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Gourmet Markets and upscale food grocery stores
. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with them,
By online retail using our target customer distribution channel "neat meet" and "El Rancho Egypt" , our Lower cost base and overheads, and purchasing directly from the source.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Set up the business and secure reliable supply base network. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Eliminate middle man from the supply chain process . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Establish the foundation for sustainable growth in the food distribution between Europe and the middle east starting with Egypt followed by the Gulf market.
