The Box has a clear business objective to develop Private Personal Training products and services. These products and services have been developed over 8 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of business professionals and celebrities.

The Value Proposition

The Box is uniquely positioned to deliver value to business professionals and celebrities. "The Box will provide a physical and mental outlet via a fun hour of exercise." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we created a workout system where the clients relieves stress by throwing 1000 punches or more in an hour. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Private Personal Training market. We consider our key competitors to be: Fitness Xpress, Elixia, Hit The Gym, Formex, 3T. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Fitness Xpress, Elixia, Hit The Gym, Formex, 3T by unique boxing pad work system created by The Box's founder. A globally acknowledged and recognized system.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to design the facilities ambiance and training concept.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to move business to Tjuvholmen in Oslo.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
