Diana's Impressions has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Oil Paintings and related products. These products have been developed over 8 years with a core focus on addressing key customer satisfaction and associated opportunities.

Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to market my product by creating paintings to be hung in public businesses as advertisement. I will also reproduce my original artwork on items such as mouse pads, iPhone cases, greeting cards, mugs , etc. and post them for sale on my website as well as other sites such as etsy and Pinterest. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Rent a studio gallery to paint in as well as display my art and the art of others. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Getting offers of commission to paint, open an gallery and become know worldwide.
