Indoor air quality to maximise ticket dollar value and additional maintenance customers. Using Yelp with referral from each customer to build high credibility, to generate new customers.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Busy enough to hire additional technicians, 100,000 a month Gross revenue and then 250,000 a month Gross revenue.
