We have a number of competitors within the Service of heating and Air Conditioning market. We consider our key competitors to be: CM Heating, Kings Heating, Bob's heating, Blue Flame and Washington Natural Gas. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Marketing using these methods, Real Estate listings to market new service customers. Using indoor air quality options in each customer. Mailing through Sahara Pizza mailings for new customers. Build a Yelp profile with past customer referrals. Whisper cool wine sellers.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Market to every new listing for maintenance agreements to build customer data base. Indoor air quality to maximise ticket dollar value and additional maintenance customers. Using Yelp with referral from each customer to build high credibility, to generate new customers.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Busy enough to hire additional technicians, 100,000 a month Gross revenue and then 250,000 a month Gross revenue.
