Stronger4Life has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I am a professional certified personal trainer who has transformed my own body and can meet you where you are and encourage change via a "clear your mind of "can't " style of coaching.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Personal and Group Training market. We consider our key competitors to be: Unlicensed professionals, workshop trainers providing zumba, toning, kickboxing group classes
