In order to deliver on this value proposition, we are a restaurant that has 3 days of specials every week that is affordable to all family income levels.. These daily specials and lunch express meals help us bring in customers of all ages and demographics and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We only have a couple of competitors within the Buffalo Wings and Rings market. We consider our key competitors to be: Buffalo Wild Wings, beefobradys. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Buffalo Wild Wings and Beef O Brady,s by Offering LTO menus quarterly and specials every Monday-Wednesday's every week and a value lunch express.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open are third store in Fort Myers Florida. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Open another store in another location like Cape Coral Florida.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: First year 3 million in sales Second year 3.3 million in sales Third year 3.5 million in sales
