This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Kids boutique items.

Giggles kids Co is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Kids boutique items. "Giggles kids Co will Supplying affordable kids boutique items." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we Already have suppliers available for all hair and show items under $10 & all photo props $25 & under. No item over $25. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Order and distribute all items whilst keeping an inventory to establish what items are profitable enough to continue on our line . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Photographing all items appropriately displaying all available colours and styles, Marketing accelerator strategy . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
