Jenkins Alliance Group has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Mortgage Protection & Life Insurance products and services. When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our agency's growth rate; re-paying the investor is higher on the list.
The Customer
Jenkins Alliance Group has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process (NAA's LEADS system) we have validated the key customer problem the need by new homeowners to protect themselves & their families from eviction & financial ruin.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of 50+, newly married, new homeowners, newly retired or a few months prior to retirement.
The Value Proposition
Jenkins Alliance Group is uniquely positioned to deliver a variety of insurance products to 50+, newly married, new homeowners, newly retired or 12 months prior to retirement.. In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we at J.A.G. represents more than 14 insurance companies who are dedicated to helping families.
The Alliance has taken considerable time and resources to develop and form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Mortgage Protection & Life Insurance market. We consider our key competitors to be: MetLife & a number of other companies target the same demographic as J.A.G.'s agencies. However, J.A.G. is a part of Andy Albright's, The Alliance, a growing insurance agency which believes in giving back to the community. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy. We believe that we can compete effectively with MetLife & a number of other companies target the same demographic as J.A.G.'s agencies. However, J.A.G. is a part of The Alliance a growing insurance agency that believes in giving back to the community.
Leslie R Jenkins brings a wealth of experience to the table a former pre-Med major, Leslie has 28 years of interviewing clients & helping make critical decisions in the lives of 2000+ children/ adoptees in the Illinois Foster Care system.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to generate a base income that will cover LRJ's living expenses & also pay 40% of said income to the sole investor, JRPJ. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to generate an increase in income to allow for a savings account (34%) which will be used 33% towards retirement 23% towards new car & towards the summer home ownership, and lastly 10% donation to a worthy cause/charity. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Repay all seed monies to JRPJ Save money for a rainy day/retirement Expand the team in width & height to ensure a future revenue stream.
