In order to deliver on this value proposition, our innovative program developers specialise in creatively breaking down complex ideas into a memorable system with less than 7 steps. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Educational Tools market. We consider our key competitors to be: District32, Dave Ramsey, Rich Dad Education and AIM. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with District32, Dave Ramsey, Rich Dad Education and AIM by our creative approach to developing and delivering training in Australia that is memorable and actionable.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to research, develop and deliver pilot training on LinkedIn marketing. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to repurpose our LinkedIn marketing training into Online Products. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
