In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we our apps could help customer turn their image into their own customized t-shirt and anyone anywhere around the world could use the design. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Designed T-Shirt market. We consider our key competitors to be: Snaptee. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Snaptee by Customized design in many products and can be easily used by anyone anywhere anytime.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Hacking growth with social media help while build unique apps for customer who wants to design their own t-shirt. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand in 10 different type of products and create new system that help designer sells their thing. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: launch teesign apps world wide, sell 1000 t-shirts, use customer interest to create better experience and generate more user.
