In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Train each employee for a month before being allowed on the sales floor for the specific product line. Also, be industry certified for installation and repair of each product.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Consumer Electronics market. We consider our key competitors to be: Best Buy, Conns, Sears and Walmart. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Best Buy, Conns, Sears and Walmart by Unique shopping experience where the customers feel they are talking to their friends and family for purchasing the right product without the pressure feel..

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Open 4 retail locations.
