We have a number of competitors within the Medical coding, billing, credentialing, consulting market. We consider our key competitors to be: In-house billing or coding specialist. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with In-house billing or coding specialist by I come with EMR/EHR software which will save my clients thousand of dollars as well as if the medical provider don't get paid, I don't get paid!!!.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Market, network and promote. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand my customers cash flow and revenue. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
