This is a critical issue for our selected target market of woman of all shapes.

This capability will take considerable time and resources to develop and it forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Trendy Fashion,only targets petite,small and medium sized women.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Plus size woman fashion,only targets plus size women.

Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to acquire new clients,to do that we will hire an online sales manager who will be responsible of taking care of our growing online clientele. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy on Online marketing,as it has proven to be more effective way to reach people wild wide, our company is looking to do that through our already functioning and existing pages on Facebook,G+,Twitter and LinkedIn.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
