And our location is a central point between all the major oil producers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Camp construction market. We consider our key competitors to be: Horizon North, Civeo, Red Rock Camps, Royal Camps...Non of these companies are providing fully equipped "C-Cans" with materials needed to build the remote camps.Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with. Specializing in providing fully equipped "C-Cans" with materials needed to build remote camps. Materials will be purchased with tax exemption..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Research product, equipment, trucking, rental space costs.... This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Investors and marketing. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
