Overview

Cents For Sense has a clear business objective to promote Ethical NGO solutions services. These services have been developed to adapt to the untapped A.C.T market with a core focus on Ethics and Education.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new donors on behalf of NGO's. Donor retention is considered to be a critical activity and we are using the latest technology at our disposal to offer retention solutions, to ensure donors remain with the NGO for as many years to come.
We utilise Waysact technology to track donors and deliver targeted reports to NGO's on what demographics engage with the charity most, allowing them to allocate staff and budget accordingly.

The Customer

For too long the charity sector has been awashed with unethical pressure salesmen who are more interested in the number in their bank account at the end of the week as opposed the the number of people they saved that week. We will be tackeling this issue head on, and placing emphasis on education as well as fundraising. To ensure the donors coming on board will be long term givers who care about the cause and will stick with it, allowing NGOs to plan and develop like never before. As a result, the general public with enjoy the breath of fresh air ethical marketers can bring to the table.

The Value Proposition
 

Cents For Sense is uniquely positioned to deliver value to NGO's. "Cents For Sense will provide Ethical long term donor acquisition, for a fraction of the price that you don't pay until we've completed the contract in it's entirety.." and seeing as there are no face to face fundraising specialists based in Canberra. The closest being Sydney, and who are maxed out and unable to take on more contracts from NGO's, C4S looks forward to working hand in hand with NGO's to reach a new market at an affordable price. Allowing NGO's to dedicate their money where it really counts!

 

Competitors

Our only competition is The Fundraising People. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Fundraising People, as their closest office is in Sydney, leaving the entire capital, and lands around the cities almost exclusively to C4S.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Launch the business, and dedicate our time in exchange for low income until business has launched and has reached acceptable growth .
With low overhead costs due to utilising virtual offices we are able to dedicate our funds to ensuring we are up to date with the latest technology and staff training.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch. Promote two staff to Campaign Manager and Team Leader Complete first contact for an NGO.
