This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Aesthetic market. We consider our key competitors to be: Laser clinics, aesthetic clinics, beauticians. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Laser clinics, aesthetic clinics, beauticians by our unique and evidence based understanding of female menopause and its implications on ageing features, understanding of pregnancy and childbirth and the associated changes, and thoroughly understanding the need to delay and manage ageing in a bespoke and individualised manner.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Improve and expand our website, improve and expand our premises, and market our brand through networking events, word of mouth and social media.
