Kake 'N' A Jar Bar has a clear business objective to distribute the Poetik Kake experiences with products and services on the road. These products and services have been developed over 5 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of EVERYONE.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, as Poetik Kakes has been blessing the taste buds of people nationwide, you can now have us at your leisure for any party or event. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors in the bakery market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bakeries. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with bakeries by offering a new Kake experience that can be brought to wherever the party is.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be on obtaining a food truck conducive to baking and running the bar. This task will be undertaken in broader context of providing custom desserts at private events. Followed by a nationwide food truck tour. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 7 fully functional Kake 'N' A Jar Bar food trucks around the nation.
