Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

The Warehouse has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as filling the need for something more to do in locally. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of those seeking something more.

The Value Proposition
 

The Warehouse is uniquely positioned to deliver value to those seeking something more. "The Warehouse will provide a fuller choice of social activity" In order to deliver on this value proposition, we Will provide a social environment like nothing else locally. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have no competitors within the social entertainment market locally. We do not see that there are currently any competitors of our caliber at this this time. Our understanding of this has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with similar establishments locally based on the fact that there is not any of this design locally.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to build a client/customer base, while filling the void of a social environment that offers fresh live entertainment. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to cater to the local and neighboring communities seeking a venue for social entertainment. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Keeping entertainment fresh Offering shuttle service Offering live entertainment
