Vici20 has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute fact based practical advice services. These services have been developed over 12 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problems, upcoming needs and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Senior executives who need to make decisions about their market strategy and how to best use their resources for optimal impact.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we bring a unique advantage with our Knowledge of all the parts, and how to best aggregate and integrate for optimal impact. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Fact based practical advice sector. We consider our key competitors to be: Large (eg Deloitte) and boutique consultancies, and market research/insights providers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Large (eg Deloitte) and boutique consultancies, and market research/insights providers by Having a more expansive focus, comprehensive breadth of insights, ability to interpret on client behalf, delivered at a lower price point .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Reach out to senior executives at target companies likely to need and benefit from my services. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Evolve from insights to full consulting (plan, execute, implement).
