In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I'm determined to keep my customers happy and coming back for more. We have a number of competitors within the Custom Clothing market. We consider our key competitors to be mostly Clothing stores. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Clothing stores Because we give customers the chance to create their clothes to the look of their choice.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be cutting the middle man out and producing my own clothing and custom accessories. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy. I want to be able to open my own location. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
